Supporting leaders toward net zero

We work with business, government and finance across Australia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific to forge tangible, Paris-aligned transitions towards net zero emissions. Our team has worked with ASX listed companies, major banks, independent investment funds, energy utility providers, farmers and their representatives (including farming industry bodies), natural resource management and conservation, peak industry bodies, universities and other research institutes, consulting firms, property companies, community groups, international alliances and institutes and across all levels of Australian government. Highlights from our cross-sector work include: partnering with Pacific Island nations to develop long-term strategies, working on clean finance with Australia’s major banks and advising State governments on net zero emissions pathways to support their climate change strategies.

Working with local and global expert collaborators

We work in partnership to deliver climate research and solutions. Our scope of collaborators includes trusted Australian organisations such as CSIRO, Climate-KIC and the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council. Internationally, we have partnered with the Global Green Growth Institute, Rocky Mountain Institute and many other leading organisations.

Our philanthropic partners

Philanthropy is at the heart of our work, and was the basis for our formation. We were co-founded by The Myer Foundation and Monash University. In the past decade, we have had the backing of generous supporters, who believe in our mission and theory of change to make a difference. This support has, and will continue to, allow us to remain independent, non-partisan and a trusted adviser across sectors.
