Stefana Ruri Endarwati

Operations Coordinator (Indonesia)

Formerly, Stefana provided planning, coordinating, administration, communications, event coordination, and travel management for the Indonesia team. Her position was also responsible for all aspects of project management including finance management and hands-on operational support for the SE Asia team. 

Previously she was Operations Manager at Health Policy Plus – a USAID-funded project managed by Palladium, where she managed daily operations and personnel matters. 

Prior to that, Stefana worked as Human Resources, Administrative, and IT Manager at United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific, playing a leading role across recruitment and administration, and supervising day-to-day operations. She has also worked as Personnel and Administration Manager at USAID-SERASI, another USAID-funded project, managed by International Relief Development, and as an Administration and Office Manager at CWS (Church World Service) Indonesia, where she was also responsible for managing administration and personnel.

Stefana holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Jayabaya University, Jakarta, Indonesia.
