Germaine Hood

Germaine is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of planning, implementation and administering the design and development of Climateworks’ new intranet.  Her role covers all aspects of the design process, including engagement with users, running workshops, prototyping designs and managing the relationship with developers and other subject matter experts.
