Astra is focusing on the ocean-climate nexus across Southeast Asia, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on the SEAFOAM project. Phase 1 of this project is providing recommendations on how the Indonesian government can include the ocean as a new category within its next Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) which are reported to the UNFCCC and sit at the heart of the Paris Agreement. She is also involved in partnership development, fundraising, and program design and delivery for the development of sustainable blue economic activities across the region.
Ceren works within Climateworks’ International Country Context team, where she is responsible for projects and initiatives across Southeast Asia with a specific focus on a fair and inclusive – or ‘just’ – transition and Just Energy Transition Partnerships.
Sally works in the Sustainable Corporates Team, leading the systems engagement strategy.With a background in financial services, Sally is an experienced business consultant and agile lead, having worked across financial compliance, simplification and change management, including working on Wall Street.
Gill works in Climateworks’ Cities team, leading research and policy projects to decarbonise Australia’s buildings sector, including residential and non-residential buildings, and both new and existing builds.
Working within Climateworks Industry System, Jordan is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of key programs focused on achieving net zero emissions in Australian Industrial supply chains.This involves working closely with internal and external project stakeholders across business and government to ensure project delivery on time and on budget, driving change management initiatives where required.
Egi works within Climateworks’ Indonesian team, responsible for assessing opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to important stakeholders. The team also works to enhance Climateworks’ understanding of policy and the economic landscape in the Indonesian region.
Holly works within the Sustainable Corporates team where she leads the design and development of capacity building and education programs that enable organisations and individuals to take action in managing climate risk and reducing emissions.
Richard works in the Cities and Policy team, managing the Net Zero Momentum Tracker. This initiative collates Australian emissions reduction pledges in both the public and private sectors, as well as commitments to evaluate and promote action on climate change.
Dani leads Climateworks’ long term strategies (LTS) program, implementing climate change mitigation activities and supporting capacity in developing countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. A founding member of Climateworks’ International program, Dani was responsible for conducting a feasibility study, leading on partnership development and establishing funding opportunities with international donors.
