As a member of the Senior Leadership Group, Clare leads the development and implementation of our organisational strategy both for long-term impact and through setting of annual priorities. Clare also works with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to support development of our vision and direction.

Jess Fritze
Jess formerly led on organisational strategy and strategy implementation. Before that she led the Systems Change Acceleration team, which focused on developing and embedding approaches and core capabilities to increase Climateworks’ ability to influence system change.
