Tanya works within the Climateworks Indonesia team with a focus on energy and industry. She supports in planning and scoping research projects on industrial decarbonisation and low-carbon critical minerals processing.

Tanya has spent more than 14 years working for not-for-profit organisations and international donors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Experienced in the management of development projects as well as diplomacy work, she has supported the implementation of various bilateral and multilateral projects in infrastructure, education, regional mobility, climate action and green transitions.

Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of International Relations from Bandung, Indonesia.
