Stacey leads the Business Operations team, managing governance and risk management frameworks, business operations, facilities, administration and executive support services staff, to ensure effective operations across Climateworks.

Her experience includes roles as a strategic business partner providing high-level advice, undertaking executive and project management, and managing business, strategy, financial and human resources. This includes managing multiple strategic and operational responsibilities, and driving the delivery of organisational objectives whilst balancing staff, stakeholder and overall business needs.

Stacey has worked extensively in the higher education sector, with university Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors, Deputy and Pro-Vice Chancellors, and executives within both domestic and international universities. She has also worked with Chief Executive Officers and Boards across both federal government and health sectors.

Stacey is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration MBA (International) with Deakin University; and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and Economics, also with Deakin University.
