Oz offers a comprehensive suite of administrative services to support staff and fulfill the operational requirements of the Climateworks team. 

This includes assisting with organising and managing daily administrative duties, and providing support for projects, strategic initiatives, and other activities or events.

Before joining ClimateWorks, Oz served as the Operations Coordinator for the Faculty of IT at Monash University. In this role, she effectively managed space and facilities, handled asset management, provided executive support, and successfully introduced a service management system for the faculty. Additionally, she contributed to business process mapping initiatives. 

Oz also worked as a Recruitment Coordinator in the same faculty for nine months, where she supported HR processes and facilitated the seamless onboarding and induction of new academic staff.

Oz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geomatics) from RMIT.
