Nichole Foster

Program Designer

Nichole works in the Strategy team, in Program Design and Collaboration. Her role extends across the organisation, supporting internal teams to design and develop impactful programs aligned to Climateworks Centre’s strategic goals.  

Nichole acts as a key liaison point for advice on program and workshop design, while providing support to the planning, facilitation and coordination of program design activities.

This includes gathering feedback and learnings from stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement to program design processes and systems. 

Additionally, she supports internal learning and development by co-facilitating the Facilitation and Workshop Design Community of Practice, held monthly for internal teams to learn and practice facilitation skills. 

Nichole’s background includes seven years’ experience as a project manager in the not-for-profit sector, with a focus on sustainable food systems, youth development and social enterprise business development at organisations such as Sustain: The Australian Food Network and STREAT. 

Nichole holds a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College in New York City, USA.
