Working in the international team, Mirza undertakes data analysis and modelling for a range of projects while also supporting project preparation in Indonesia.

Mirza has ten years of experience in banking, energy, retail, and infrastructure.

Before joining Climateworks, he worked for Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI), and the Development Finance Institution (DFI) of Indonesia, which focused on infrastructure financing. During his tenure at DFI, Mirza was responsible for developing partnerships with bilateral or multilateral organisations, business planning, project management monitoring, and analysing new credit proposals. He was also involved in the development of a renewable energy (biogas) power plant.

Mirza holds a Bachelor of Economics from Padjadjaran University, and a Master of Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business school. Through his studies, Mirza focused on deepening his knowledge of both investing and strategy.
