As an information professional with over 20 years’ experience, Michael’s skills combine senior management experience, business analysis, knowledge management and a focus on user experience. He has extensive experience in developing knowledge management strategies, intranets, knowledge bases, wikis and supporting processes for capturing and making knowledge accessible to a range of users.

Michael’s career to date includes extensive experience across public, private, educational and charities sectors. He has held analyst and senior roles at IDP Education, Swinburne University, National Australia Bank, Deloitte, large law firms and government agencies where his responsibilities included managing small and large teams, implementing technology solutions, contract negotiations and managing supplier relationships. 

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Management, both from Monash University.
