Matt led the Climateworks business support team which ensures seamless delivery of governance and support functions across the organisation. Matt played a central role in supporting Climateworks strategic goals and initiatives through project and operational planning, systems integration, facilities and governance. He was also responsible for the development and implementation of governance frameworks, and manages systems supporting the organisation’s project work.

Matt made the move to Climateworks from RMIT, where he developed over 10 years’ experience leading operations teams in successfully delivering objectives and outcomes, with a focus on balancing the needs of staff and stakeholders with overarching business requirements. He enjoys designing and implementing creative and efficient ways of working, and is passionate about creating a great workplace culture.

Matt holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and a Diploma of Business, Banking and Finance, and is currently working towards his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
