Louise Krstic

Senior Advisor - Systems change collaboration

Louise is passionate about designing the transition to net zero with community, experts and government – which makes her role at Climateworks ideal, as Louise leads collaboration, working with systems and country teams to design and deliver collaborative programs. She previously worked in Climateworks’ Cities team, developing research and policy advice on net zero emissions policies and pathways for buildings and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Climateworks, Louise was a strategic designer at the City of Melbourne. There, she led research with community members, experts and Councillors to develop visions for the future of the city and implementation roadmaps for how to get there such as the COVID-19 Reactivation and Recovery Plan, the 10-year Community Vision and the Four-year Council Plan.

Louise has also been an award winning Landscape Architect, with projects covering a range of scales and typologies from playgrounds, to green roofs and railway corridors. She has a grounded practical knowledge in the role of design and construction in achieving sustainable built environment outcomes.

Louise holds a Masters and Undergraduate degrees from the Melbourne School of Design at the University of Melbourne.
