Lauren Croser


Lauren worked within the Australia Country team, which takes an outward facing approach to enhance Climateworks’ understanding of policy and economic landscapes. Her role included supporting research and projects through the application of analysis and modelling to develop subject matter expertise in decarbonisation pathways. Her initial focus was on gas use.

Prior to joining Climateworks, Lauren worked as an analyst at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources, within energy economics and spatial data areas. She also worked as a research officer at the Climate Change Authority contributing to the 2020 policy toolkit report, Prospering in a low-emissions world.

Lauren also gained experience working across various policy areas within government as a graduate at the Department of the Environment and Energy.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Economics and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (First Class) from the University of Western Australia.
