Senior Project Manager - Operations

Juni assists Indonesia’s Country Lead, undertaking a variety of administrative duties to help ensure the Indonesia team’s success in delivering more complex projects, wider stakeholder engagement and high profile convening activities. Her work spans a range of operations, project coordination, capacity building and convening functions to support the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Indonesia team. 

Juni also acts as a key liaison point between on ground Indonesia team members and Australia-based operations staff, as well as with several external project partners. She works closely with these groups to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables. 

Juni contributes over 19 years’ experience working with international development organisations and in the private sector, applying skills covering logistics, administration, finance, HR, procurement, and other project operations fields for various programs. This includes working with Medecins sans Frontieres during 2005, on the Aceh tsunami and earthquake emergency response program. She has also worked with UN agencies such as UNDP, UNFPA, FAO in Aceh, Jakarta and Palangkaraya Central Kalimantan, and spent 8.5 years working with Palladium International in Jakarta. 

Juni holds a Bachelor Degree from Universitas Terbuka Indonesia, majoring in Management, and commenced a Science degree with Universitas Sumatera Utara, majoring in Biology.
