Egi is a senior member of Climateworks’ Indonesian team, leading programs focused on energy transformation and industrial decarbonisation in Indonesia and the broader region. His work involves scaling impactful initiatives, identifying opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to drive progress toward a net-zero economy.

Prior to joining Climateworks, Egi served as Energy Transformation Program Manager at the Institute for Essential Services Reform, a leading Indonesian energy think tank. He has also contributed to climate and energy projects with multinational development agencies, including UNDP, USAID, and GIZ.

Egi holds a Master’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, and Environment from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Climatology from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB).
