Holly Dillabough


Holly formerly worked within Climateworks’ Sustainable Corporates team where she led the design and development of capacity building and education programs that enable organisations and individuals to take action in managing climate risk and reducing emissions.

With a focus on professional education, and working closely with relevant corporate and industry stakeholders as well as with Monash Sustainable Development Institute and other capacity building delivery partners, Holly led the development and delivery of impactful content designed to meet intended learning outcomes and capability uplift for specific key audiences. She was also a lecturer and chief examiner for the Masters unit ‘Climate change and carbon management strategies’ offered through the Monash University Faculty of Business and Economics, and delivers guest workshops into several other units.

Prior to joining Climateworks, Holly managed the delivery of sustainability projects and policies at the City of Melton, including the development of a corporate emissions reduction target and implementation pathway. She also played a key role representing the council in the development of regional water management strategies to support liveable and resilient cities and towns.

Holly holds a Master of Environment degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Biology degree specialising in ecology, earned at Laurentian University in Canada.
