Project Manager (Natural Capital)

Ginger manages projects within the Natural Capital Investment Initiative, a transformative, multi-year program aimed at integrating the value of nature into corporate and government decision-making processes. Her work includes the refinement and expansion of the Natural Capital Measurement Catalogue to drive consistency of natural capital measurement. Ginger also coordinates stakeholder engagement and research and analysis to contribute to the successful delivery of the program outcomes.

Ginger has worked in both public and private sectors. She has managed and delivered States and Federal projects and programs in recycling, energy and digital transformation. Ginger also supported the management and operations of emergency services during the Covid-19 pandemic and Black Summer (2019-2020).

Ginger holds a Bachelor and a Master’s of Science in Zoology from the University of Melbourne, where she completed a thesis on insect Integrated Pest Management.
