Freya Harding
Engagement Coordinator
Freya leads the design and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities across Climateworks’ Natural Capital Investment Initiative (NCII).
By engaging with decision-makers across government, financial institutions, and food supply chains, Freya and the NCII team are embedding more consistent metrics, as well as incentives, to support the scaling of natural capital measurement across Australia. At an international level, the Initiative leverages global momentum through participation, contributing to and learning from global initiatives and networks such as the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD).
In an earlier role at ClimateWorks, Freya worked with the development team, wider organisation staff and external philanthropic partners, to develop strong philanthropic relationships, engagement, culture and processes designed to grow the organisation’s ambition and vision.
Previously, Freya was one of four people in Asia Pacific to complete a 12-month global fundraising graduate program with the Centre for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), based at Monash University. As part of the program, Freya was seconded to CETYS Universidad in Mexico. She also consolidated her fundraising experience through spending a year working within the STEM fundraising team at Monash University.
Freya holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Ecology and Conservation, and a Diploma of Languages; Spanish and Latin American Studies.
