Dani Robertson

Senior Project Manager

Dani leads Climateworks’ long term strategies (LTS) program, implementing climate change mitigation activities and supporting capacity in developing countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. 

A founding member of Climateworks’ International program, Dani was responsible for conducting a feasibility study, leading on partnership development and establishing funding opportunities with international donors. She has undertaken research on low-carbon technology acceleration and has published on the intersection of climate mitigation, adaptation, resilience and sustainable development. Current and previous work also includes supporting the Tongan government to develop their LTS, advising the Asian Development Bank and coordinating LTS webinars in ASEAN.

Dani has over 10 years’ experience in international development, taking up various grant management roles for Plan International. In these roles she supported the acquisition, management and reporting of institutional and multilateral donor grants across Southeast Asia, East Africa and the Pacific. 

Dani holds a Bachelor of Arts (Global Studies) from Monash University and a Masters in Social Science (International Development) from RMIT University.
