Claire works within the Philanthropy team where she is responsible for developing strong and enduring relationships with philanthropic partners across Australia. She works with her team to secure investment that supports Climateworks’ mission and ongoing funding priorities, ensuring exceptional stewardship is provided.

With a background that spans the Arts and International Aid, Claire has over a decade’s experience in managing and growing sustainable income for purpose organisations. She derives great satisfaction working with dynamic and passionate donors, supporting them to create impactful change through their philanthropy. 

Prior to joining Climateworks Centre, Claire was Major Gifts Manager at Oxfam Australia, aligning and bridging Donor interests with Oxfam’s program delivery across Australia and region.
