Caroline Andrzejewski


Caroline managed Climateworks’ multi-disciplinary editorial and communications team to amplify the organisation’s impact across Australia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Working across Climateworks’ program areas, she fostered a culture of high-quality storytelling and bringing our impacts to life through targeted communication.

Caroline is a highly experienced communicator and editor with a passion for science and climate, and 15 years experience across government and the private sector. 

After stints in academic publishing and as an editor at the UN’s World Meteorological Organization in Switzerland, Caroline spent most of the past decade at the Bureau of Meteorology. Across various roles, she managed and delivered strategic communications for climate, research and water programs. This included converting complex data and information into reports, videos, graphics and a range of other communication assets, as well as creating a data stewardship model for the Bureau. 

Caroline has earned degrees in Arts (politics) and Science (physics, with honours) from Melbourne University, and Postgraduate degrees in Publishing and Communication from RMIT.
