Bhavika formerly lead Operations at Climateworks Centre. Applying a people-centric approach, Bhavika led, built and implemented best practice models for the successful running of the organisation’s operations functions. She managed Operational Systems, Processes and Governance; Communications; Philanthropic Development; Human Resources; and Finance and Budget Management functions, along with a team of expert leaders in these areas.   

Bhavika has extensive experience working in senior management roles across both higher education and vocational education training. This has included leading a number of teams and successfully implementing multiple strategic initiatives to enhance staff and student experience and streamline operations, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies within the sector.

Bhavika holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
