Currently on maternity leave*, Amelia works within the operations team, embedding governance and risk frameworks into the organisation and leading the management and coordination of risk, policy and compliance frameworks. 

Her role also includes implementing, monitoring and evaluating organisational rhythm, to ensure that processes, cycles, deadlines and events are coordinated and managed in alignment with competing operational and strategic requirements.She also provides support and advice on operational policy, as well as supporting the Climateworks Board.

Amelia has previously worked in other roles within Monash University, most recently managing academic governance in the Faculty of Science. Prior to that, her experience included student and academic services, curriculum implementation and international recruitment.

Amelia holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration through Holmesglen Institute of TAFE and a Diploma of Arts with University of New England.
